Swift (a.k.a The Cardinal) is an English hero turned villain turned hero again. Or at least he’s trying to be a hero again. His violent outbursts and peoples tendency to mockingly refer to him as a “giant chicken” aren’t exactly helping matters. Luckily he has Payne around to crack his skull like an egg if he ever falls back into his criminal ways.
I’ve been meaning to create this guy for a while now as I was suddenly struck by inspiration for his helmet/mask/whatever the hell it is, but life kept getting in the way. Pretty proud of this one as it’s one of those rare occasions where the end character turned out pretty much exactly how I imagined it. Although I would have liked to have a more rounded edge on the “beak”.
