Jeff is no longer taking requests for items, at least not at this time. You can try to win one of the Character or Caption contests and claim one of these items as a prize, OR you can go to the UGO forums go to this thread here: http://forums.ugo.com/showthread.php?t=41884 and make a request of dblade and perhaps he  will draw it up and submit it to Jeff, or at least add it to one of his polls.
