I think that it should be in the poll. It is a darn fine illustration, if not one of the best I’ve seen, and it should be allowed in the poll for that reason. Also, I’ve always seen the contest for more than just heroes and villains, it has been for great works of heromachining and Harlequin’s is a fantastic work of art.
