Formerly a scientist researching matter deconstruction, transportation and reconstruction at a molecular level, Louis Willows was transformed into a plasmic energy form during a teleportation experiment gone awry. With their consciousness in a continual state of flux and their very touch causing people to be horrifically burned, Louis was driven insane and now seeks a way to end their suffering, even if it means forcing someone else to do the deed for them.
