@Suleman: Thanx so much! Believe it or not, this was actually a fairly simple pose, though a lot of masking was involved in fitting the clothes to it; you can see the basics of how I did it here: http://www.heromachine.com/forums/topic/show-your-work-progress-of-a-design/#post-143197
As with the portrait, reference pics really helped. I’ve been wanting/trying to do a piece with this perspective for a while but couldn’t seem to figure out how w/out it looking awkward until I googled “aerial view of woman”. These two stock photos made figuring out the placement/proportions a lot clearer:
