A tech based pioneer operative of the police force of his city, he can use his dynamic flight harness with next to no worry for altitude, wind or spatial restraints, and, as flight is cybernetically aided he can focus on brawling and shooting with his baton and revolver combo. His helmet and visor are linked to secure police databases and can hack other sources for crime-busting purposes and access to usual-suspects files and all sorts of recognitions.
