September is the beginning of Fall
it has Mabon on 21-23 which is the 2nd Harvest festial, sometimes know as a wine harvest.
and the Eleusinian Mysteries which is when Persephanie goes into the Underworld and Demeter mourns for her and stops making things grow and things begin to die
It is also time for the Harvest Moon
