Okay new hero: Backfire is part of the pandemia of energy redirectors, one of the most overused superpowers ever. As pretty much every superhero with this gift, Backfire can absorb, store, redirect and channel energy based attacks that have been used on him. He is really fond of his “my-arms-are-a-pipe” kind of fighting, absorbing energy with one hand and shooting it out (with no degradation) from the other. As it is not the most reliable superpower ever, he also packs his handy raygun.
