The way we’re doing our character customization, you get to select the sex (male, female), size (average, large), and pose of your character before editing their body parts, outfit, and equipment. The Faradox model is an example of what players will be able to create with a Large Male character (right now he’s just in a neutral pose that probably won’t be in the final design).
