Powers: ability to instill fear in others
Equipment: body armor, various tools such as lock picking equipment cutting tools, tracking devices, smoke bombs and various explosives Cape/ wings give limited flight/ glide abilities.
Abilities: Scare’s only superhuman power is his ability to induce fear into others. He has elevated himself to near superhuman status through rigorous training. He has obtained peak human strength, agility and skills in acrobatics.
Bio: Growing up a lot of kids want to be Superman, GL, Iron Man , or some other super powered hero, but me I wanted to be Batman. I really thought I had a chance and I started to train at a very early age. It helped that my parents had money not super rich, but enough that I could do what I wanted. I was also able over the years to grow my parent’s money into a very large nest egg. I don’t have to worry about making a living and can spend my time being a hero. The kicker to my story is that I got an event power not a big one but enough that I could live my dream.Tomb Stone “then”
Tomb Stone “now”
Has it been 10 years? 3650 days to the hour since I first stood in front of the Rosell Center. I have aged grown so much in these few years. Back then before the Night Crew, was killed. (God I miss them Night Phase, Twilight, Mid-Night Rose, and Late Night) We thought we could change the world thought we could make a difference, but I guess we were only playing heroes, wearing tights and capes.
10 years before the Rosell Center had put out the word the were looking for those with low level event powers, they said they could make us heroes. We found out too late the drugs did level up our powers but they caused us to burn out or go insane or both we all died but some how I came back. Now word is on the street that some one has started the Rosell
Project back up. Too bad for them they don’t know that Tomb Stone is back from the graveName: Alexander, and Andrew Dalton
Powers: Alpha – Photokinesis of positive photon energy Omega Photokinesis of discharged light energy . Both brothers are able to use light energy for a number of effects including – create an intense, disorienting light, temporarily blinding others **
the ability to directly absorb light causing an area of darkness.
Invisibility – let light pass through their body or bend it around
Night Vision – The ability to generate a laser energy. The brothers are able to construct objects from solid light. They are also able to tap into the energy for flight super strength and limited restiance to injuryBio; Alexander, and Andrew Dalton only have in common, shared genetic material and super powers. Omega feels that it is the right of those whom have powers to be in control and have rule over all others.
Alpha feels that those with powers have the duty to protect help and serve others.

Equipment: Nano-tech wings, War Bird Flight suit
Ability: flight @ over 600 mph super strength, force field (protects wearer in high speed flight gives protection from impacts)
Background:
Anthony Marshall was the inventor/ test pilot for a flight suit known simply as The Bird.
Anthony is an “Eventer†and his abilities are expressed in his powers of invention. Anthony had hoped to sell his design to a branch of the Us Armed Service.
Bio:
After months of work the suit is ready, the “SDA†(Strategic Defense Agency) has shown interest in buying copies of the suit. Anthony’s lab is broken into by the villain Max Doom., during the attack Marshall’s wife is killed, and Anthony puts on the suit and fights off Max Doom.
